Biography

Senior transfer and the favorite to assume starting position at shortstop . . . Played two years at Connors State College before spending last season at Division II rival Angelo State . . . Played sparingly for the Rams, but has the ability to step in and be a big plus for the Bronchos in 2012.

ASU:  Appeared in 12 games with two starts last spring, hitting .091.

Juco:  Was an honorable mention All-Region II pick as a sophomore at Connors after hitting .287 with 36 runs scored and 29 runs batted in for a 50-12 team.

High School:  Earned Oklahoman Big All-City and honorable mention All-State honors as a senior at Westmoore High School.

Personal:  A general studies major . . . Names the Colorado Rockies as his favorite professional team . . . Lists "The Natural" as his top sports movie . . . Birthdate is Nov. 4, 1989.
