Biography
One of the top players in the South Central Region, a versatile senior forward who helps make UCO’s offense go . . . Had a stellar junior season last year after sitting out 2009 and is a proven scorer looking to finish her career with a flourish . . . Knows how to create scoring chances and is also a fine passer . . . Ranks fifth on UCO’s career goals list with 28 and has scored 70 points, needing just two more to move into the top-five in that all-time category . . . Has started in 53 of 67 games with the Bronchos.
2010: Was a first-team All-Lone Star Conference and second-team All-South Central Regional selection after scoring 13 points with five goals and three assists . . . Played in all 20 games with 18 starts . . . Scored both goals in 2-2 tie with Texas A&M-Commerce and had the go-ahead score in wins over Eastern New Mexico and Incarnate Word . . . Assisted on the lone goal in 1-0 triumph over Northeastern State.
2008: Tied for the team scoring lead with 26 points (12 goals, two assists) and was an honorable mention All-LSC pick . . . Riddled Texas A&M International for three goals and had two-goal performances against Texas Woman’s and Abilene Christian . . . Scored the lone goal in 1-0 win over ENMU . . . Had a goal and assist in 2-1 victory over NSU.
2007: Was second on the team and ranked among the league leaders in goals (11), assists (nine) and points (31) in earning honorable mention All-LSC honors . . . Came off the bench the first 11 games before starting the final 14, tallying three goals in first-ever start against St. Mary’s . . . Had back-to-back two-goal games against Abilene Christian and Angelo State . . . Made two assists and added a goal in 3-0 shutout of Newman.
High School: Four-time All-District selection at Robert E. Lee High School in Tyler, Texas . . . Had 18 goals and 12 assists as a senior to earn district MVP and All-East Texas acclaim.
