Biography

Junior newcomer returning to the field after a year layoff who will vie for playing time this spring . . . Can play a variety of infield positions and has the ability to help, especially offensively.

Juco:  Played two years at Rose State College . . . Hit .329 with seven doubles and 22 runs batted in as a freshman in 2008 and batted a team-high .367 with 12 doubles, six homers, three triples and 43 RBI in 2009.

High School:  Product of Choctaw High School.

Personal:  A general studies major . . . Names the Texas Ranges as his favorite professional team . . . Lists “61*” as his top sports movie . . . Birthdate is Oct. 18, 1988.
