Biography

Hard-hitting senior newcomer who can provide immediate help with his prowess at the plate . . . Power-hitting veteran capable of being a prime run-producer for the Bronchos and also owns a good arm . . . Will vie for time behind the plate at catcher, but could also see time at several other positions . . . Played at Southern Nazarene last year after spending his first two years at Cowley County (Kan.) Community College.

Juco/SNU:  Was a second-team All-Jayhawk East Conference pick as a sophomore at Cowley after helping lead the Tigers to a berth in the juco World Series . . . Batted .362 with 10 doubles and 37 runs batted in and was an all-tournament pick at the World Series after going 6-for-13 (.462) with two home runs and seven RBI . . . Hit .332 at SNU last year, collecting 15 doubles, nine homers and 56 RBI.

High School:  Earned Oklahoman All-City and All-State recognition as a senior at Washington High School after hitting .519 with nine homers and 58 RBI for a state tournament team . . . Also lettered in basketball.

Personal:  A kinesiology major looking for a career as a fire fighter . . . Birthdate is July 7, 1988.
