Versatile rookie capable of helping the Bronchos at a number of positions . . . Excellent defender with a strong arm who will vie for the starting job at shortstop, but could also play at second, third or catcher if needed . . . Talented all-around player with good speed and offensive skills.

High School:  Two-time All-District pick at Georgetown (Texas) High School . . . Batted .432 as a senior in leading the team to the state tournament for the second straight year.

Personal:  A business major . . . Father (Joseph) played football at Northern Colorado . . . Birthdate is Dec. 29, 1989.
