Experienced senior looking to bounce back from a knee injury that sidelined her late last season . . . Missed spring drills after surgery last fall, but worked hard in the summer and should be back to full speed by the time the season starts . . . 2004: Played in 17 matches before going down with knee injury in mid-October and wasn't able to return . . . Finished with 67 kills and a solid .208 hitting percentage while adding 16 blocks . . . Hit .607 with a career-high 12 kills and no errors in 18 attacks against Oklahoma Panhandle. . . Had five-plus kills in six other matches and hit .300 or better four times.

2003: Started all 30 matches and finished third on the team in kills with 199 while adding 70 blocks, 54 assists and 40 digs . . . Collected a season-high 11 kills against Eastern New Mexico and had four other 10-kill outings. Hit .400 or better in six matches, led by .615 effort against Texas A&M-Commerce with eight kills and no errors in 13 attacks . . . Had three-plus blocks in 15 matches with a pair of six-block performances.

2002: Saw action in 25 matches and started most of the second half of the season, finishing with 116 kills, 96 digs, 35 blocks and 33 assists . . . Had a pair of 10-kill outings and had four matches with 10-plus digs, topped by a career-high 21 in LSC Tournament win over Cameron . . . Hit .571 with eight kills and no errors in 14 attacks against Texas Woman's.

High School: Soccer-volleyball standout at The Colony High School, starting three straight years in both sports . . . Two-time All-District pick in volleyball and the MVP as a senior . . . Also earned All-State and Academic All-State recognition her final year.

Personal: A kinesiology major . . . Enjoys reading and skydiving among her hobbies . . . Birthdate is Sept. 4, 1984.
