Broncho Golf Day Scheduled For March 21

Central Oklahoma Hosting Golf Fundraiser For Men's & Women's Programs

EDMOND – Central Oklahoma's golf programs are joining forces for the second year in a row to host a fundraiser golf tournament where supporters have the opportunity to play a round with student-athletes at KickingBird Golf Club.

Broncho Golf Day is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at Edmond's recently renovated golf club, which hosted the 2024 NCAA Men's Golf Super Regional and will host the 2025 NCAA Women's Golf Central Regional.

"Last year was the first year for the event and was a huge success for both programs," UCO head women's golf coach Michael Bond said. "We look forward to this year's event and hope you can join us for a fun filled event."

Supporters can register now. The tournament will be setup as a four-person scramble, with teams of three being paired with a student-athlete from either the men's and women's programs.

Registration is $750 per team. Supporters can also buy a hole sponsorship for $200.

On March 21, registration will begin at 11 a.m., lunch will be served at 12 p.m., and a shotgun start at 1 p.m. will get the tournament underway.
