EDMOND – The University of Central Oklahoma announced changes to its men's and women's basketball schedules this week as the teams continue to navigate uncharted waters in following health & safety protocols.
Central Oklahoma will still play two games each this week. The Bronchos will visit Emporia State on Thursday, making up a doubleheader originally scheduled for Dec. 5. UCO will then take on Northwest Missouri Saturday in a doubleheader that was scheduled for this Thursday.
Central's originally scheduled games Saturday at Missouri Western were both postponed. With Emporia State having Thursday open and games left to be rescheduled, Central altered this week's schedule with Northwest Missouri to allow for the Emporia games to move into the Thursday night spot.
UCO will announce soon its makeup dates with Missouri Western.
Central Oklahoma's schedules, both men's and women's teams, have been a moving target all season and figure to remain that way as the season winds down next month. Both schedules will be updated on bronchosports.com as changes become official.
