Kevin Costa joined the University of Central Oklahoma athletic department in April 2025 and serves as Coordinator of Athletic Compliance.

A former student-athlete at Lake Erie College (NCAA Division II) and El Camino College (JUCO), Costa assists in the compliance needs of the department and its 15 varsity sports.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Costa has a bachelor's degree in sports studies with a minor in communications. He also received his master's degree in education from Lake Erie following his playing career. Costa worked as a graduate assistant for the Storm working in operations and gameday management.

In addition to his work in college athletics, Costa also worked for the Lake County Captains in Eastlake, Ohio, assisting in operations for the Minor League Baseball program.
