Karley Miller joined the University of Central Oklahoma women's basketball coaching staff in 2025 in the second assistant position.

Miller comes to UCO from Mid-America Christian and helps in all facets of the program from practice and game plans to operations and recruiting. 

Originally from Wellston, Oklahoma, Miller played high school basketball at Oklahoma Christian Academy in Edmond before starting her college career at Cameron. She wrapped up her playing days at MACU under the guidance of UCO women's head coach Hannah Moeller and associate head coach Kelsie Dutton.

Miller played 98 games for Cameron University in Lawton from 2019-23. She played in 29 games at MACU in 2023-24 and joined the staff for the 2024-25 season.

Miller earned her bachelor's degree in sports science at Cameron and a master's degree in communications from Mid-America Christian.
