Hayden Conrad joined the University of Central Oklahoma in June 2026 and serves as Assistant Strength & Performance Coach. 

Conrad came to UCO after serving as Strength & Conditioning Coach for Performance Course in Oklahoma City.

He assists with football and works with Women's Soccer, Men's Basketball, and Women's Golf. Conrad holds a CPR-AED Certification.

Originally from Mustang, Oklahoma, Conrad earned his bachelor’s degree from Evangel University in Missouri where he played football before earning his master’s degree from Central Oklahoma earlier this year.
