In her fifth year as Central Oklahoma’s assistant coach is Emily Todd, who leads and manages recruiting duties for the Bronchos while also assisting in the day-to-day operations of the program.
Todd has helped lead UCO to a sensational 102-25 record the past four seasons.
The Bronchos went 19-10 in Emily’s first season in 2021 before coming back with a 24-7 campaign in 2022.
UCO was nationally-ranked most of the 2023 season in going 26-5 and Todd helped lead the Bronchos to the best season in school history last year. UCO finished 33-3 while winning the MIAA tournament and Central Regional titles for the first time in making the NCAA Elite Eight.
Emily came to the Bronchos after a three-year assistant coaching stint at Henderson State, where she helped guide the Reddies to back-to-back 20-win seasons.
Todd started her coaching career as an assistant at Arkansas Tech, spending three years there. The Golden Suns won the Great American Conference and finished 35-1 season in her final season.
Emily played one year each at Colorado and Navarro Junior College before spending her final two seasons at ATU. Todd led the team to 54 wins, two league titles and two national tournament berths as a two-time All-GAC selection.
Todd received her bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education and has a master’s degree in College Student Personnel, both from Arkansas Tech.
