  • Title
    Graduate Assistant Wrestling Coach
Former Central Oklahoma All-American Anthony DesVigne is in his second season as a graduate assistant coach with the Bronchos.

DesVigne helped guide UCO to a 13-1 dual season in 2024-25, with the Bronchos capturing the MIAA and Super Regional IV titles for the fifth straight year before finishing fifth in the NCAA Division II national tournament.

Anthony ended a six-year career with Central in 2023-24, finishing with an 83-36 career record while competing at four different weights. He earned All-America honors his last two years.

An Edmond, Okla. native, DesVigne redshirted his first year in 2018-19, then saw part-time starting duty the following season at 157 and 165 pounds. He saw limited action in the COVID-shortened 2020-21 season while retaining a year of eligibility and was 15-10 as a part-time starter the next year.

DesVigne broke into the starting lineup for good in 2022-23, going 31-8 with 13 bonus-point wins. He opened the season at 184 pounds, then dropped to 174 for the second semester and won the Regional IV title before finishing seventh at the national tournament to claim All-America accolades in helping the Bronchos claim the team title for the first time since 2007.

Anthony returned in 2023-24 and again started the season at 184 before going to 174 again and ended with a 23-5 record. He captured a second straight regional crown and made it all the way to the national finals before settling for a runner-up finish in helping UCO repeat as national team champions.
