Senior veteran ready to challenge for starting spot at 174 pounds … Came to UCO last year as a Division I transfer and saw limited action due to injury problems … Has the ability to really help the Bronchos and looking to end career with a flourish … Spent four years at Arizona State, retaining a season of eligibility when the NCAA opted not to count the COVID-shortened 2020-21 season.

2023-24: Went 6-2 with four first-period falls before suffering injury in December and never fully recovered … Scored pin in 1:03 during UCO’s season-opening dual rout of Ouachita Baptist … Dominated in taking the Drury Open title, notching three falls – two in less than a minute – and 7-0 finals shutout to earn MIAA Wrestler of the Week honors.

ASU: Redshirted in 2019-20, then wrestled sparingly the next three years for the Sun Devils.

High School: Prep star at Choctaw High School, finishing as a rare four-time state champion … Piled up glittering 151-9 career record and was named the state’s Wrestler of the Year by the Oklahoman as a senior … Also played football for the Yellowjackets.

Personal: Business administration major … Father (Benny) was a four-time All-American and two-time national champion for the Bronchos in the 1980s and is a member of UCO’s Athletics Hall of Fame … Birthdate is July 9, 2000.
