Biography

Senior veteran returning to the team after sitting out last year … Started at 165 pounds as a junior, but is moving up to 174 this season and will obviously be one of the top contenders for that position … Tough, hard-nosed wrestler with physical style who is capable of being a big-time point producer for the Bronchos … Came to UCO after stellar career at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M.

2019-20: Sat out the season.

2018-19: Went 15-7 with eight bonus-point wins, including six falls … Won the season-opening Oklahoma City Open and finished sixth in the Nebraska-Kearney Open … Had 8-2 record with four falls in duals … Placed sixth in the Regional IV Tournament, opening with 10-1 major decision before losing one-point and overtime decisions and then medical forfeiting final match

Juco: Had 77-11 career record at NEO in twice making the national tournament finals ... Captured national title as a freshman in capping off 39-9 season, then went 38-2 in finishing as runner-up as a sophomore to help lead the Norse to the team title.

High School: Prep standout at Collinsville High School, helping the Cardinals to four straight state championships ... All-State pick as a senior after winning state title ... Also a baseball letterman.

Personal: Industrial safety major ... Brother (Brannon) plays baseball at South Carolina ... Birthdate is Feb. 20, 1996.
