Two-year letterman looking to contribute in the upper weights this winer . . . Will push for mat time at either 174 or 184 pounds and has a chance to really help . . . Senior veteran who has seen action at 174, 184 and 197 during his career . . . Came to UCO to play football in 2006, but never got on the field after being hampered by a variety of injuries and returned to the mat two years later.

2009-10: Went 4-6 with a pair of falls . . . Placed fourth in the season-opening Oklahoma City Open at 174 and wrestled in one dual each at both 184 and 197.

2008-09: Had an 8-12 record with three falls while seeing action in five open tournaments and two duals.

High School: Football-wrestling standout at Westmoore High School . . . State champion on the mat as a senior for the Jaguars and an All-Stater on the gridiron.

Personal: A criminal justice major . . . Father (John) was an All-American on UCO’s first-ever national championship team in 1979 and two older brothers (Chris and Dustin) were All-Americans in the 2000s for the Bronchos . . . Enjoys wakeboarding as his favorite hobby . . . Names "The Replacements" as his top sports movie . . . Birthdate is May 5, 1987.
