Biography

Former junior college national champion coming off redshirt season … Captured 197-pound national title at Pratt Community College in 2023-24 before transferring to UCO last year … Saw action at 174 in open tournaments last year and will either stay there or move up to 184 this season.

2024-25: Went 8-5 with six bonus-point wins in four open tournaments while redshirting … Co-third at Viking Open with teammate Tucker Waitman, earning bonus points in all four wins … Placed fourth in Oklahoma Wesleyan Open.

PCC: Academic All-American as a freshman in 2022-23 at Pratt, then claimed surprise national title the next season … Had stunning national tournament run after entering unseeded, going 5-0 and knocking off the Nos. 2, 3 and 1 seeds in his last three matches … Helped Beavers to runner-up finish in 2023 and third-place showing in 2024.

High School: Three-time state finalist at Goddard High School, winning one championship, and led team to three straight state titles … Also a football letterman.
