Biography

Sophomore who adds solid depth at 149 pounds … In his fourth year at UCO, starting with redshirt season in 2019-20 … Kept year of eligibility after the NCAA didn’t court the COVID-shortened 2020-21 season, then saw extensive action last year.

2021-22: Went 14-11 with six bonus-point wins while competing in five open tournaments and two duals …Went 5-1 in season-opening Dan Harris Open, but couldn’t continue in consolation bracket after reaching six-match limit in the one-day event … Placed fourth in both the freshman-sophomore division of the Lindenwood Open and the Golden Norse Open.

2020-21: Wrestled one exhibition during dual season, losing by decision.

2019-20: Competed in five open tournaments during redshirt year, going 7-10.

High School: Regional runner-up as senior at Grove High School, finishing with 35-10 record … Also lettered in football for the Ridgerunners.
