Biography

Junior looking to push for mat time at 133 or 141 pounds … Redshirted in 2019-20 and retained a year of eligibility after the NCAA didn’t count the shortened 2020-21 campaign … Came to UCO after solid two-year career at Barton (Kan.) Community College.

2020-21: Appeared in two exhibitions during dual season, winning 13-5 and 11-3 major decisions at 141.

2019-20: Competed in three open tournaments during redshirt year, finishing 9-4 with four bonus-point wins … Was runner-up at the Norseman Open and took third at the Fort Hays State Open, rebounding from first-round loss to win five straight matches.

Juco: Two-time national qualifier for the Cougars … Won regional title and placed third at nationals as a freshman, then was third-place regional placer in 2018-19 in returning to national tournament.

High School: State champion and All-State pick as a senior at Altus High School … Also lettered in football and baseball for the Bulldogs.
