Biography

Hard-luck junior looking to compete for starting berth at 149 pounds … Has missed significant mat time each of past two seasons to injury, but is healthy now and ready to be a factor … Has shown what he’s capable of and definitely has the ability to help the Bronchos … Likes to push the action and capable of plenty of points … Redshirted in 2022-23, saw part-time starting duty the following season and missed most of last year to injury.

2024-25: Started UCO’s first two duals, going 1-1 in those and won first two matches at the Drury Open before suffering season-ending injury.

2023-24: Finished 9-5 with eight bonus-point wins in seven duals and two tournaments … Suffered injury in first match of Broncho Open in early November and missed a month of action … Placed fourth in the Drury Open, with both losses coming to Easton Hilton of Missouri … Went 5-2 in duals with five bonus wins … Bumped up to 157 for two duals, splitting those matches.

2022-23: Wrestled in three open tournaments while redshirting, finishing 10-3 with nine bonus wins … Had seven falls, including four at Drury Open when finished co-third with teammate Garrett Messimore … Had two falls and 8-0 major decision during runner-up showing in freshman-sophomore division of the Lindenwood Open, dropping 3-2 finals decision to Division I opponent.

High School: Three-time state placer at Mustang High School … Went 25-3 with 15 falls as a senior in winning regional title and finishing third at state … All-State selection.

Personal: Psychology major … Birthdate is Nov. 13, 2002.
