Biography
Returning starter poised to fill one of the top-four singles positions . . . Has been one of UCO’s top singles players the past two years and should be again in 2008, showcasing a wide range of talents . . . Runner-up at No. 4 singles in the Lone Star Conference Individual Championships during the fall and is ready to follow that up with a strong spring . . . Will also vie for a spot in the doubles lineup.
2006-07: Started most of the season at No. 2 singles and compiled a record of 9-12 . . . Advanced to the finals of the Heart of America Tournament before falling to Oral Roberts in straight sets . . . Picked up victories at the No. 3 spot over Northeastern State and Midwestern State before settling in at the No. 2 position . . . Gained other victories against Ouachita Baptist, Southeastern Oklahoma, Eastern New Mexico and Southern Nazarene . . . Competed at No. 1 doubles with Julie Vo and finished 5-19 . . . Advanced to the semifinals of the Heart of America Tournament . . . Notched spring victories over Cameron, Midwestern State and Newman.
2005-06: Turned in a record of 7-6 while primarily playing at No. 2 singles . . . Teamed with Julie Vo to post a 7-9 mark at the No. 1 doubles position.
