Biography
Two-year starter who will once again be one of the team’s leading offensive threats . . . Experienced junior with great speed and a crafty veteran capable of being one of the top scorers in the Lone Star Conference . . . Knows how to create scoring chances for herself and teammates and is ready for a banner season up front . . . Has started 37 of 45 games played the past two years, having scored 43 points with 18 goals and seven assists . . . Needs eight goals to move into the top five on UCO’s career list.
2009: Started in 18 of 23 games and tied for second on the team in scoring with 17 points, putting in seven goals while adding three assists . . . Had two-goal outings in routs of East Central and Texas A&M International, with other goals coming against Nebraska-Omaha, Oklahoma Baptist and St. Mary’s . . . All three assists came in 4-1 road win over Eastern New Mexico . . . Led the team in both shots (54) and shots on goal (31).
2008: Had an immediate impact as a true freshman in starting 20 of 22 games played . . . Tied for the team scoring lead with 26 points, finishing second in goals with 11 while adding four assists . . . Scored three goals in rout of Texas A&M International and had two-goal games in wins over St. Mary’s and Southwestern Oklahoma . . . Scored the game-winning goal in overtime win over Newman, with other scores coming against Dallas Baptist, Harding and West Texas A&M . . . Had two assists in 3-1 LSC Tournament victory over Abilene Christian . . . Was third on the team in shots (54) and second in shots on goal (31).
High School: Four-year star at Broken Arrow High School, finishing with 45 goals and 24 assists for her career . . . Two-time All-Conference and All-District pick and a Tulsa World All-Metro selection as a senior.
