Biography

Senior star and the reigning Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Player of the Year . . . Had an immediate impact last year after sitting out 2011-12 and came back with an even better fall campaign . . . Excellent all-around player ready to end her career in style and should be a threat to win every time she tees it up . . . Came to UCO after playing at two different NCAA Division I schools, seeing limited time as a true freshman at Oklahoma and then started at Arkansas State in 2010-11.

Fall 2013:  Placed in the top-four in three tournaments in finishing with a 75.9 scoring average . . . Was third in the Holiday Inn Invitational and UCO Classic to start the fall and then tied for fourth in the Lady Lions Invitational . . . Also finished 18th in the Rock Barn Intercollegiate . . . Shot between 73-79 in all eight rounds . . . Scoring average ranks fifth in the Central Regional

2012-13:  Had a 77.8 average for 26 rounds while playing in all 12 tournaments  . . . Finished in the top 17 in 10 events, highlighted by late-season 1-1-2 surge . . . Captured first collegiate title at the Green and Gold Spring Shootout with a 151 total, took the MIAA crown a week later with a one-under 71 in that rain-shortened tournament and was runner-up in the NCAA Division II Central Regional Tournament with a three-round 233 total as the Bronchos won all three team titles . . . Finished 10th in the Drury Fall Shootout and Oklahoma Intercollegiate in addition to having five other finishes between 11th and 17th . . . Earned All-Central Region honors and was also an All-America Scholar selection by the WGCA.

OU:  Played in five tournaments as a rookie for the Sooners, finishing with an 81.3 average for 13 rounds . . . Had a low round of 78 three times and placed a season-best 16th at the Claud Jacobs Intercollegiate.

ASU:  Started all last year for the RedWolves, compiling an 80.1 average for 31 rounds in 11 tournaments . . . Low round was a 74 and had one top-20 finish, coming in 13th at the Lady RedWolf Classic with a three-round 237 total.

High School:  Prep star at Enid High School, starting all four years . . . Captured the Class 6A state title as a senior in 2009  . . . Two-time conference and regional champion . . . Also an All-Conference performer in basketball . . . Owns the course record at Oakwood Country Club in Enid with a 6-under par 68.

Personal:  Education major . . . Graduated EHS with a perfect 4.0 grade point average . . . Older brother (Tyson) played baseball at OU.
