2006: Finished a strong sophomore campaign with five top-25 finishes, marked by a pair of ninth-place showings at the ECU Tiger Chase and the Oklahoma Baptist Invitational . . . Turned in a season-best five-kilometer time of 19:08 at the NAIA Mid-States Classic . . . Posted a season-best six-kilometer mark of 23:12 to place 14th at the LSC Cross Country Championships, narrowly missing a spot on the All-LSC team.
2005: Compiled four top-20 finishes highlighted by an 11th place showing at the ECU Tiger Chase . . . Was UCO’s top performer at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional after placing 24th.
2004: Redshirted.
High School: Prep standout track and cross country star at Madill High School . . . Helped lead team to three state championships in track . . . Placed first in mile run at state track meet as a senior . . . Three-time All-State selection in cross country.
