Senior veteran expected to step back into the starting lineup after missing last season to injury . . . Three-year letterwinner who really blossomed as a junior in 2010-11 after taking over a full-time starting role for the first time and is ready to get back to action . . . 2011-12: Sat out the season with injury.
2010-11: Averaged 11.0 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists a game while playing in 29 contests with 28 starts . . . Scored in double figures 15 times, including three 20-plus outings . . . Poured in career-high 28 points while playing all 40 minutes against Abilene Christian, hitting 11-of-15 shots . . . Had two 20-point games against Angelo State, the second one coming in first-round Lone Star Conference Tournament win when she also had six rebounds and three assists . . . Averaged 18.2 points and 7.2 rebounds while shooting 51.4 percent (36-of-70) from the field during one six-game stretch . . . Was named LSC North Division Defensive Player of the Week once.
2009-10: Came off the bench in 27 games -- missing three to injury -- and averaged 7.6 points and 2.9 rebounds a game while hitting 48.7 percent of her shots . . . Scored in double digits 10 times, capped by season-high 21-point effort against Cameron . . . Averaged 12.5 points and 5.3 rebounds a game during one six-game stretch, shooting 55.8 percent (29-of-52) from the field.
2008-09: Played in just nine games before going out for the season with injury, averaging 4.9 points and 2.7 rebounds a contest . . . Had a pair of double-digit scoring games, getting 10 points each against Paul Quinn and Texas A&M International.
High School: Four-year star at Garber High School, finishing with 2,129 career points . . . All-State selection as a senior after averaging 21 points and nine rebounds a game in leading GHS to the state tournament . . . All-Conference performer in softball and placed in the state track meet in both the high jump (third) and long jump (sixth).
