Biography

Two-year starter and senior veteran looking to retain top spot in center field … Saw limited action as a freshman before taking over main starting role in center the past two years … Left-handed hitter capable of being an offensive sparkplug and a speedster who covers plenty of ground in the field … Has played big role in UCO’s success the past two seasons and is ready to end career in style.

2023: Played in 53 games with 49 starts, finishing with .274 average, seven doubles, five home runs and 25 run batted in … Had seven multi-hit games and drove in eight two-out runs … Batted .387 (12-for-31) when led off an inning … Hit sizzling .727 (8-for-11) with runner on third and less than two outs … Named to MIAA all-tournament team after hitting .444 (4-for-9) with a double, homer and four RBI in UCO’s four-game run to the title.
 
2022: Batted .324 with six doubles, four homers, two triples and 32 RBI to earn second-team All-MIAA recognition at utility/non-pitcher … Played in 53 games with 41 starts, 23 at DP and 18 in right field … Got off to torrid start, hitting .500 (7-for-14) with 10 RBI in first five games … Had two-out, two-run single in 3-2 win in sixth inning of 3-2 win over Southern Arkansas while also throwing out a runner at the plate … Smashed grand slam in 8-3 win over Cameron … Had nine multi-RBI and seven multi-hit games … Hit .438 (7-for-16) with the bases loaded and batted .422 (19-for-45) with two outs.
 
2021: Saw action in 23 games with four starts, mostly in pinch-running role … Finished with just 12 at bats, hitting .250 with two doubles and an RBI while scoring 10 runs … Started both games of Newman doubleheader in right field, collecting two hits … Also made one start in center and one in left.
 
High School: Four-year starter at Deer Creek High School outside Edmond … Had .455 average as a junior and hit .373 with 10 homers during senior season to earn All-Conference, All-District, All-Region and All-State accolades … Also lettered in track for the Antlers.
