Biography

Hard-working senior with a chance to earn starting spot in right or center field this season . . . Saw part-time starting duty at designated player last season and took advantage of limited opportunities . . . Superb athlete with good speed who is ready to become a major contributor on the field . . . Came to UCO after two-year starting career at Butler County (Kan.) Community College and sat out 2014 season to injury.
 
2015:  Appeared in 30 games with 16 starts and batted .311 with seven runs batted in . . . Played in the field in just three games, seeing most of her action at DP and as a pinch-runner . . . Went 3-for-4 with a triple and two RBI to spark home win over Emporia State and followed with 2-for-4, three-RBI outing two days later in rout of Midwestern State . . . Was named to MIAA Academic Honor Roll
 
Juco:  Had a .356 average with 10 doubles and 14 RBI as a freshman. . . Batted .435 with 10 RBI and five stolen bases in 2013 to help the Grizzlies go 54-4 and finish fourth in the national tournament.
 
High School:  All-Conference and All-District pick at Stillwater High School . . . Also an All-Conference performer in basketball and soccer  for the Pioneers.
 
Personal:  Kinesiology major looking to become a strength and conditioning coach . . . Mother (Linda) and father (Jerry) are both members of the Oklahoma Slow-pitch Hall of Fame . . . Sister (Caitlin) played softball for the Bronchos in 2008 . . . Names “Miracle” as her favorite sports movie . . . Enjoys biking and playing soccer among her hobbies . . . Birthdate is Feb. 16, 1993.
