Biography

Left-handed pitcher expected to play big role on the staff this spring … Sophomore gained much-needed experience in 2021, then followed it up with stellar fall campaign … Will only continue to get better with more playing time.

2021: Appeared in 10 games, all in relief, and earned one save while finishing with 1.95 earned run average … Struck out 11 and walked just one batter in 14 1/3 innings … Earned lone save in win over Sioux Falls … Threw three perfect innings while pitching in both games of doubleheader with Emporia State … Fanned three in two innings against Newman.
 
High School: Prep star at Durant High School, leading the Lions to four straight state tournament appearances … Finished career with 63-21 record, 1.66 earned run average and 528 strikeouts while also hitting 17 home runs … Also competed in track.
