Biography

Senior sensation who ranks among the elite players in NCAA Division II … All-American in 2019 and back to patrol right field for the third straight year … Clutch left-handed hitter and a dominant force at the plate, showcasing good power along with sprinter speed … Hard-working team leader ready to end her career in style … Fifth-year senior, earning an extra year of eligibility after 2020 season was cut short by national health crisis … Spent first two years at Division II rival Texas Woman’s before coming to UCO and made an immediate impact … Played first base at TWU, but moved to right field after joining the Bronchos … Has started every game (190) of her career and boosts a terrific .397 average with 50 doubles and 134 runs batted in.

2020: Was enjoying a spectacular spring when season ended after 25 games … Hit safely in 19 of those 25 contests and batted sizzling .452 with eight doubles, three home runs and 18 RBI while also stealing 12 bases … Had 11 multi-hit games, with seven of those coming during a 10-game hitting streak … Batted incredible .625 (20-for-32) with six doubles in that stretch … Had .667 average (12-for-18) when leading off an inning and hit .474 (9-for-19) with two outs … Slugged walk-off RBI double in bottom of seventh inning in 4-3 win over Southeastern Oklahoma.

2019: Put together an amazing season in earning a myriad of postseason honors … Batted .393 with 17 doubles, six homers, four triples, 54 RBI and 13 stolen bases … First-team All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association selection while also garnering first-team All-Central Region recognition from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association and Conference Commissioner’s Association … Third-team All-America pick by the CCA … Drew single-season school record and league-leading 45 walks in finishing with .507 on-base percentage, which ranked second in the MIAA … Also led the conference in runs scored (53) and was in the top seven in five other categories – second in RBI, second in sacrifice flies (four), third in doubles, sixth in average and seventh in hits (70) … Had 23 multi-hit and 12 multi-RBI games with five hitting streaks of five-plus games ... Hit phenomenal .833 (15-for-18) with runner on third and less than two outs … Batted .500 (8-for-16) with the bases loaded and had 25 two-out RBI.

TWU: Started all 95 games in two seasons with the Pioneers … Hit .372 with 11 doubles, three homers, 32 RBI and nine stolen bases as a freshman in earning second-team All-Lone Star Conference honors … Repeated as second-team All-LSC pick in 2018 after batting team-high .403 with 12 doubles, four homers, 30 RBI and 15 stolen bases … Second-team CoSIDA Academic All-America selection in 2018.

High School: Two-time All-State selection at Malakoff (Texas) High School … Also lettered in basketball.
