Biography

Two-year starter and junior star who rates as one of the best all-round players in the MIAA … Will once again handle the shortstop duties for the Bronchos and solidifies the infield defense with her outstanding range and strong arm … Also a major offensive force, owning the ability to hit to all sides of the field while showcasing great power … Had an immediate impact as a freshman with a remarkable rookie season, followed it up with a stellar sophomore campaign and looks to be even better in 2025.

2024: Started in 51 of 53 games, missing four to injury, and was a repeat First-Team All-MIAA selection … Also earned First-Team All-Central Region honors by the Conference Commissioner’s Association for the second straight year and was a Second-Team National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Central Region choice … Batted .323 with 14 doubles, eight homers, two triples and 31 runs batted in … Had 13 multi-hit and nine multi-RBI outings … Put together an 11-game hitting streak midway through the season, batting .475 (19-for-40) with four homers, four doubles, 15 RBI and 17 runs scored during that stretch … Two-time MIAA Hitter of the Week pick … Batted .500 (15-for-30) when leading off an inning … Second on the team with 105 assists and had just two errors in the final 26 games of the season.

2023: Put together fabulous freshman campaign in earning a variety of honors … Started all 63 games and slammed UCO freshman record 14 homers to go along with 21 doubles, five triples, 56 RBI and a .352 average … Named MIAA Freshman of the Year and was finalist for Division II Freshman of the Year by the NFCA … First-Team All-MIAA selection … Earned First-Team All-Central Region honors and was Third-Team All-America pick by the CCA … Also a second-team NFCA All-Central Region pick … Came in second on school’s single-season list for at bats with 219 while finishing fourth in doubles and tied for eighth in homers … Had 23 multi-hit games, highlighted by 4-for-4 outing in win over Rogers State … Drove in multiple runs 13 times, led by four-RBI outings against St. Edward’s and Washburn … Came through in the clutch, batting .418 (28-for-67) with runners in scoring position and .373 (19-for-51) with team-best 20 RBI when batting with two outs … Put together 13-game hitting streak midway through season, hitting .490 (25-for-51) with eight doubles, four homers and 15 RBI in that torrid stretch … Also shined in the field, finishing with just eight errors in 209 chances.

High School: Two-time All-District and All-Conference selection at Edmond North High School before missing senior season to injury … Batted .499 with seven home runs and 32 runs batted in as a sophomore and hit .515 with seven homers and 41 RBI the next season.
