Biography

Senior star looking to get back in the lineup after sitting out most of last year to injury . . . Three-year starter in the outfield who suffered broken arm early last season, but received a hardship ruling to retain a year of eligibility . . . Is ready to return to her spot in right field and this multi-talented veteran ranks among the finest players in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association with rare combination of speed and power . . . Will once again be a key offensive force with her hitting prowess and also a potent base-stealing threat . . . Sensational defender with ability to cover lots of ground in the field . . . Has started in 168 of 174 games played and ranks among UCO’s career leaders in five categories – third in home runs (28) and stolen bases (55), fourth in runs (140) and runs batted in (122) and 10th in at bats (527) . . . Has a .312 career average and needs just two hits to make the top 10 on that list.

2016:  Started the first four games in right field and was hitting .250 with three RBI and three steals before getting hurt . . . Was named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
 
2015:  Second-team All-MIAA selection after hitting .327 with 11 homers, seven doubles, 43 RBI and 24 steals . . . Ranked seventh on the school’s single-season list for steals and tied for 10th in at bats (196) and homers while starting and batting clean-up in all 61 games . . . Had 19 multi-hit games and 12 multi-RBI outings, including three with four of more . . . Put together three hitting streaks of six-plus games with a high of 10 . . . Belted two homers and had five RBI in win over Southern Nazarene . . . Had three games with two steals . . . Also an MIAA Scholar-Athlete pick.
 
2014:  Started all 58 games in right field in earning second-team All-MIAA honors . . . Batted .331 with 11 doubles, a team-high 10 homers, 47 RBI and 17 stolen bases . . . Had 18 multi-hit games, capped by 4-for-4 outing against Northeastern State, and drove in two-plus runs 11 times . . . Hit an astounding .917 (11-for-12) in four-game series sweep of NSU with three doubles, one homer and eight RBI . . . Also an MIAA Scholar-Athlete selection.
 
2013:  Played a huge role in UCO’s drive to the national championship, starting in 45 of 51 games played and finishing with a .268 average . . . Clubbed seven homers with 29 RBI and also swiped 11 bases while starting 37 games in right field, four in left and four in center . . . Had six multi-hit and six multi-RBI games . . . Biggest hit was walk-off grand slam that gave the Bronchos 11-8 win over Midwestern State . . . Went 2-for-2 with a homer and four RBI in collegiate debut against Eastern New Mexico.
 
High School:  Three-sport standout at MacArthur High School in Lawton . . . Helped the Highlanders to a pair of Class 5A state softball championships during her career and batted .446 with eight doubles, four triples, two home runs and 31 RBI as a senior . . . Also lettered in basketball and track.
 
Personal:  Kinesiology major looking to become a pediatric nurse . . . Brother (Tyler) was a national runner-up on UCO’s national championship wrestling team in 2007 . . . Names the Dallas Cowboys as her favorite professional team . . . Lists Carried Underwood as her top musician . . . Names “We Are Marshall” as her favorite sports movie . . . Birthdate is July 26, 1994.
