Freshman pitcher capable of also earning playing time at designated player … Confident right-handed hurler with good tempo who can work both sides of the plate with a variety of pitches … Looks to see action as a spot starter and reliever in the circle.

High School:  Three-time Tulsa 7 Conference Pitcher of the Year selection at Perkins-Tryon High School … Also earned All-Region honors three times and was an All-State pick last year … Had 84-21 career pitching record with a 1.38 earned run average while striking out 624 batters in 510 innings … Also had a .482 career average with 50 doubles, 113 runs batted in and 62 stolen bases … Led the Demons to Class 3A state runner-up finish as a junior and Class 4A state semifinal berth as a senior.
