Biography

Senior veteran aiming for a big final season . . . Has seen limited pitching duty the last three years, but is a hard-throwing right-hander who could really help the Bronchos this spring.

2009:  Appeared in 11 games with two starts and went 2-1 with a save and a 6.00 ERA . . . Struck out 25 batters in 28 innings . . . Picked up both wins in relief against Midwestern State, throwing three shutout innings in a 5-4 victory and fanning eight in a 4 2/3-inning stint of an 8-7 win . . . Went final three innings of a 7-3 win over Missouri Southern to earn her first career save.

2008:  Saw action in nine games with four starts, going 1-0 with a 5.32 ERA and had 31 strikeouts in 25 innings . . . Started and went the first five innings to earn the win in early-season victory over Incarnate Word . . . Struck out seven in just three innings against Northeastern State.

2007:  Made 10 appearances, finishing 1-3 with a 5.73 ERA . . . Fanned 27 batters in 22 innings.

High School:  All-Conference and All-State pick as a junior at Red Mountain High School in Mesa, Ariz. before playing at Edmond Santa Fe High School as a senior.

Personal:  A biology major and multiple member of the UCO President’s Honor Roll . . . Birthdate is Jan. 18, 1988.
