Biography

Senior shortstop and anchor of UCO’s infield … True hit-stopper in the field, owning great quickness in covering plenty of territory while also showcasing a strong arm … Left-handed slap hitter with excellent speed who will once again be a prime offensive threat for the Bronchos … Has started every game (131) the past three years and has .329 career average with 24 stolen bases … Played freshman season at Oklahoma State, then transferred to UCO after the 2018 fall semester and took over immediate starting role in 2019 … Gained extra year of eligibility when 2020 season was cut short by international health crisis.
 
2021: Earned honorable mention All-MIAA accolades after finishing with .286 average to go along with eight doubles, one triple and 17 runs batted in … Had 10 multi-hit and four multi-RBI games while finishing second in the league in sacrifice bunts with nine … Batted .474 (9-for-19) during season-high six-game hitting streak … Put together three other five-game hitting streaks during the season … Went 4-for-5 with a double and RBI in early-season win over Cameron … Amassed team-high 109 assists and committed mere six errors in 186 fielding chances.
 
2020: Was batting .292 after the first eight games before catching fire and finished with team-high .455 average that including two doubles, two triples and one home run … Hit safely in 17 of last 18 games to make the big jump … Started that stretch with 12-game hitting streak, then followed lone hitless outing with five-game streak to end the season … Had 13 multi-hit games, with 11 of those coming in the last 18 contests … Went 4-for-5 in win over Colorado-Colorado Springs in addition to having four three-hit outings … Also led the team in runs (20) and was second in stolen bases (six).

2019: Started all 56 games after coming in as late addition … Batted .297 with four doubles, two triples, 19 RBI and 12 steals … Had 12 multi-hit games … Went 2-for-2 with a double and season-high three RBI in romp over Lincoln … Finished with 105 assists in the field, second-most on the team … Had an 18-game error-less streak late in the season.

OSU: Played in 47 games as a freshman for the Cowgirls in 2018, mostly as a pinch-runner … Scored 13 runs and drove in six runs in 33 at bats … Was named to the All-Rookie Academic Big 12 Team.

High School: Four-year star at Chickasha High School, finishing with phenomenal .544 career average ... Scored 195 runs and drove in 104 while also stealing 154 bases … Led Fighting Chicks to three regional championships and two state titles … All-District, All-Region and All-State pick as a senior.
