Biography

Injury-plagued junior pitcher looking to see meaningful action this spring … Burst on the college scene as a freshman in 2019 in earning All-America honors, but has battled back problems ever since … Showed signs of regaining her form during the fall and Bronchos are hopeful this veteran right-hander will stay healthy in 2022 … Will see time in both starting and relief roles if back to full speed … Retained year of eligibility after coronavirus pandemic cut short 2020 campaign, but may opt to end career this season.
 
2021: Pitched in 12 games with two starts, going 2-2 with one save and a 2.46 earned run average … Picked up save with three one-hit shutout innings against Nebraska-Kearney … Earned both wins in relief, going two innings against Sioux Falls and season-high six against Northwest Missouri … Struck out four and walked just one in tossing six shutout innings against NWMSU.

2020: Made 10 appearances with five starts, finishing 1-2 … Struck out 22 batters in 19.2 innings … Earned win with four-inning starting stint against Midwestern State … Fanned season-high nine Angelo State batters in 4.2 innings, though didn’t factor in the decision.
 
2019: Put together incredible rookie season in earning a bevy of honors, capped by selection as Division II Freshman of the Year and second-team All-American by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association … Finished 26-5 record and 2.11 ERA while striking out 108 and walking just 51 in 179 1/3 innings … Was named MIAA Pitcher of the Year … First-team All-Central Region selection by the NFCA and Conference Commissioner’s Association … Honorable mention All-America pick by the CCA … Twenty-six wins was school freshman record and ranks third on UCO’s single-season list … Also ranks sixth on school list for single-season winning percentage (.839) … Appeared in 36 games with 26 starts and had 17 complete-game outings … Tossed three shutouts, including five-inning no-hitter in 8-0 rout of Northeastern State … Struck out career-high 11 and gave up just three hits in 2-1 10-inning win over Oklahoma Christian … Threw five-hit shutout in beating Minnesota-Duluth 4-0 in first round of Central Regional.

High School: Prep standout at Moore High School, earning All-State honors as a senior … Had a 1.67 earned run average in her final season in leading the Lions to Class 6A runner-up finish for the second straight year.
