Biography

Senior star entering her fourth year of starting duty at second base . . . Ranks among the best players in the conference and will threaten a number of school career records this season . . . Left-handed batter and offensive catalyst with the ability to hit for power and average . . . Tremendous defender with great range and is ready to finish with a flourish . . . Has started every game (178) she’s played in and enters the season ranked in the top 10 in eight UCO career categories – second in triples (12), third in at bats (619), hits (217) and runs batted in (130), fourth in runs (134), sixth in doubles (36) and eighth in home runs (20) and average (.351).
 
2015:  Made all 59 starts at second base and was a second-team All-MIAA selection after batting .320 with 14 doubles, nine homers and 53 RBI . . . Had team-high 16 multi-RBI games in addition to having 16 multi-hit outings . . . Put together three hitting streaks of five-plus games with a high of 12 . . . Ranked fourth in at bats (203) and tied for eighth in RBI on school single-season list . . . Went 3-for-4 with a homer and five RBI in road win over Northeastern State . . . Smacked two homers and drove in six runs in home win over Emporia State.
 
2014:  Enjoyed sensational sophomore season in picking up first-team All-MIAA recognition and second-team Daktronics All-Central Region honors . . . Batted team-high .378 while also topping the team in doubles (14), triples (seven) and RBI (56) in addition to clubbing six homers . . . Seven triples led the league and ranked third in Division II . . . Made 55 of 58 starts at second, with two coming at shortstop and one at designated player . . . Had 22 multi-hit games and team-best 13 multi-RBI contests . . . Put together five hitting streaks of at least five games, including one of 15.
 
2013:  Started in 61 games and finished with a .355 average that included eight doubles, five homers, two triples and 21 RBI . . . First-team All-MIAA choice and second-team NFCA All-Central Region pick as the utility player . . . Started the first 18 games at second base, switched to shortstop for the next 23 games to replace an injured starter and then moved back to second . . . Set single-season school record for at bats (220) . . . All-tournament selection at the Division II World Series after hitting .375 (6-for-16) with six runs in UCO’s four-game run to the national championship . . . Batted .394 (13-for-33) with 14 runs in nine post-season games, collecting at least one hit in eight of those contests . . . Had 22 multi-hit games for the season and put together four hitting streaks of seven-plus games.
 
High School:  Three-time All-Conference pick and two-time Tulsa World All-Metro selection at Union High School in Tulsa . . . Capped career by claiming All-State honors as a senior after batting .496 . . . Helped lead the Redskins to two Class 6A state championships.
 
Personal:  Kinesiology major . . . Likes spending time outdoors in her spare time . . . Lists the Oklahoma City Thunder as her top team and “Invincible” as her favorite sports movie . . . Birthdate is Feb. 22, 1994.
