Power-hitter who will contend for playing time at designated player and catcher while also able to help out at first base if needed … Saw extended action during COVID-shortened 2020 season and is still a freshman after players were granted an extra year of eligibility.
 
2020: Played in 18 games with 14 starts, batting .154 with three home runs and seven runs batted in … Earned several starts in the outfield early, then saw time at DP and first base … Clubbed two homers and had three RBI in 9-2 win over Midwestern State … Other homer came in win over Colorado Christian.

High School: Softball-track standout at Weatherford High School … Hit .547 as a senior in earning All-District, All-Region and All-State honors on the diamond and leading Eagles to their first-ever state tournament appearance … State runner-up in the shot put on state championship team.
