Biography
Sophomore letterman who should be in the thick of the battle for a starting berth this year . . . Saw plenty of action as a rookie last year in pickingup valuable experience and should benefit from that . . . Straight hitter who plays with great consistency and doesn’t make many mistakes on the course . . . UCO’s first Canadian golfer since the 1980s.
2009-10: Played in all nine tournaments and finished with a 77.6 average for 23 rounds . . . Had two top-20 finishes, including a 13th-place effort in the Division II Preview . . . Best round was an even-par 72 in the final round of the Territory Classic that resulted in a 20th-place finish.
High School: Team MVP at E.L. Crossley Secondary School all four years and had a 70.2 average his final year.
Personal: A communications major . . . Lists the Toronto Maple Leafs as his top professional team . . . Birthdate is Jan. 2, 1991.
