Biography

Long and athletic defensive end that gives the Bronchos consistent depth on the front lines ... Brings in as a backup top quality of play and a strong work ethic that wears down the offensive line ... Can get around blockers on the edges and also disrupt the passing game with his nearly 7-foot-frame.

2017: Played in 12 games as a junior, making two starts at defensive end ... Made 18 tackles on the season (eight solo, 10 assisted) ... Made 2.5 tackles behind the line of scrimmage for a total loss of 10 yards ... Made one sack for a loss of seven yards ... Forced a safety against Emporia State when a high snap forced a chase back into the end zone ... Also had one interception at the line of scrimmage and batted down one more pass.

2016: Played in six games for the Bronchos, starting one ... Made six tackles with three of them coming behind the line of scrimmage ... All of his tackles came in two games - three against Nebraska-Kearney and three against Missouri Southern ... Added his lone sack of the season against Kearney.

2015: Didn't see any action.

2014: Sat out redshirt season.

High School: All-District selection his final season at Norman North High School ... Helped lead the Timberwolves to Class 6A state runner-up finish as a junior ... Also a state track qualifier in the discus.
