Biography

Exciting young player who has a chance to earn a starting berth this fall . . . Showed what he can do during spring drills and enters the preseason as a top contender at middle linebacker . . . Will only get better with playing time and has a great future ahead.

2007:  Sat out redshirt year.

High School:  Two-sport standout at Clinton High School . . . District 3A-1 Defensive Player of the Year and an All-Stater as a senior after helping lead the Red Tornadoes to their third straight state title . . . Also a regional runner-up and seventh-place state finisher in golf.

Personal:  An accounting major . . . Birthdate is June 21, 1988.
