Biography

Key member of special teams unit who is set to handle the team’s snapping duties on placements and punts for the fourth straight year . . . Has been virtually flawless in 32 career games at that vital position and will be counted on to continue the trend in 2015.
 
2014:  Snapped on 67 punts and 60 placement kicks with no issues . . . Made four tackles, including two solo stops . . . Was named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2013:  Made snaps on 56 punts and 52 placement kicks during the season . . . Had one special teams tackle.
 
2012:  Did the deep snapping in all 10 games and had one tackle.
 
High School:  Two-time All-District 5A-23 selection on offensive line at Travis High School in Sugar Land, Texas . . . Offensive MVP as a senior.

 Personal:  History major looking to become a teacher and coach . . . Brother (James) played football at Austin College . . . Names the Houston Texans as his favorite team . . . Lists ‘‘Friday Night Lights” as his top sports movie . . . Birthdate is April 17, 1994.
