Biography

Junior linebacker and All-MIAA selection looking to continue his career of being a force on the defensive side of the ball ... Played defensive end in first season and earned postseason honors for his efforts ... Switched to linebacker a year ago and thrived there ... Is a physical defender that knows how to track the play ... Hard-hitting run stopper. 

2023: Played in 10 of 11 games for the Bronchos as a junior and made seven starts at linebacker ... Recorded 28 tackles on the season, with an even split 14 solo and 14 assisted tackles ... Made 6.5 tackles for a loss and had four sacks for a combined loss of 31 yards ... Grabbed one interception and broke up four passes on the season ... Had at least two tackles in 9 of 10 games played and had three tackles in eight games ... Season-high four tackles in four games ... Had at least a half-sack in four games ... Took down the quarterback against Missouri Western, Northeastern State, Fort Hays State, and Pittsburg State ... Grabbed his lone interception of the season in Week 6 at Northwest Missouri. 

2022: Played in all 11 games for the Bronchos and made 11 starts ... Totaled 40 tackles on the season ... Made 19 solo stops and 21 assisted tackles ... Had 9.5 tackles behind the line of scrimmage ... Sacked the opposing quarterback 5.5 times on the year for a combined loss of 28 yards ... Had two interceptions for 47 yards returned ... Had one forced fumble, one QB hurry, and one pass breakup ... Tallied season-high six tackles twice ... Had at least four tackles in six games ... Made one tackle in every game and multiple tackles in 9 of 11 games. 

2021: Played in 10 of 11 games for the Bronchos as a redshirt freshman ... Made 24 tackles ... Had nine solo stops and 15 assisted tackles ... Registered two tackles behind the line of scrimmage for a loss of nine yards ... As part of that, made 1.5 sacks for a loss of eight yards ... Forced one fumble in Week 2 at Emporia State, including one sack ... Credited with two QB hurries ... Also had two passes broken up from the end position ... Season-high six tackles at Pittsburg State in Week 9 ... Had five tackles in Week 2 at Emporia State.

2020: Gained a year of experience through practice as UCO did not compete during the pandemic.

Army: Sat out redshirt season in 2019.
