Hard-hitting senior set for another tour of starting duty in the secondary . . . Had a big impact at strong safety last year and is slated to be UCO’s top free safety this season . . . Multi-talented athlete who ranks as one of the top defenders in the Lone Star Conference.

2007:  Missed two games with injury, but still picked up second-team All-LSC North Division accolades . . . Tied for fifth on the team in total tackles with 41 and was third in solo stops (23) . . . Had 4.0 tackles for loss and broke up two passes . . . Enjoyed an amazing outing against league champion West Texas A&M, racking up 15 tackles (nine solo) with 2.5 for loss and two quarterback hurries . . . Made eight stops with one for loss against Emporia State . . . Had five tackles (four solo) in win over Southwestern Oklahoma.

Juco:  Played two years at Butler County (Kan.) Community College . . . Led the team to an 11-1 record as a sophomore, finishing with 34 tackles, five sacks, two forced fumbles and two blocked kicks.

High School:  Two-sport standout at Wichita (Kan.) North High School . . . Two-time All-City performer on the gridiron and a state qualifier in track.

Personal:  A general studies major . . . Enjoys working on cars in his spare time . . . Birthdate is July 18, 1986.
