Biography

Veteran offensive lineman returning for a second crack at his senior season . . . Started the first three games of last season before suffering  injury that knocked him out the rest of the way and received a hardship ruling to retain a year of eligibility . . . Wasn't able to go through spring drills, but has worked hard to rehabilitate and is ready to have an impact in 2012 . . . Should see plenty of time at a tackle spot and has the ability to earn a starting berth if he's back to full strength.

2011:  Started the first three games before going out with injury in first half of Angelo State contest.

2010:  Started in nine games, missing two to injury . . . Helped pave the way for an offensive unit that averaged 382.9 yards a game while giving up just five sacks -- second-best in Division II -- in 430 pass attempts.

2009:  Saw limited playing time as a back-up.

2008:  Squad member.
 
High School:  Two-way line starter at Choctaw High School, collecting All-District, All-Conference and Oklahoman Big All-City recognition as a senior . . . Played in the Oil Bowl and Jim Thorpe all-star games . . . Made 116 tackles with 11 sacks during his senior year.

Personal:  A biology major looking to become a coach . . . Names the Baltimore Ravens as his favorite pro team . . . Birthdate is June 11, 1990.
