Biography

Sophomore offensive lineman who will challenge for a starting berth this season . . . Should fight for the top spot at left guard and will undoubtedly see plenty of action . . . Picked up valuable experience as a true freshman last year and should benefit from that in 2012 . . . Didn't start playing until a sophomore in high school and will only keep getting better with more playing time.

2011:  Was a redshirt candidate before early-season injury problems forced him into the lineup and ended up starting in six of eight games played.

High School:  Earned Class 6A Lineman of the Year honors as a senior at Eisenhower High School in Lawton . . . Was also an All-District pick and played in the Oil Bowl All-Star Game.

Personal:  A psychology major . . . Enjoys reading and watching movies as his favorite hobbies . . . Birthdate is Sept. 19, 1992.
