Biography

Senior defensive back is the leader on the UCO defense ... Sixth-year senior has played in 31 of 43 games during his career and led Central in tackles for two seasons in 2021 and 2022 ... Played as a true freshman prior to the pandemic, then after two seasons leading the defense, missed last fall due to injury ... Solid in coverage and is a hard-hitting, forceful tackler that finds the ball and breaks to it ... Earned Second Team All-MIAA as a sophomore and was an Honorable Mention pick as a junior. 

2023: Did not play due to injury.

2022: Played in and started all 11 games for the Bronchos ... Led the team in tackles for the second year in a row ... Tallied 70 total stops, including 41 solo tackles ... Made three tackles behind the line of scrimmage for a total loss of nine yards ... Also had two passes broken up ... Made at least three tackles in every game ... Had at least five tackles in seven games ... Had 10 tackles at Missouri Southern in September and a season-high 11 tackles at Nebraska Kearney in November.

2021: Played in all 11 games as a sophomore ... Led the team with 89 tackles and ranked fourth in the MIAA among all defenders ... Made 52 solo stops and 37 assisted tackles ... Had 11 tackles and forced one fumble in a season-opening win against Missouri Western and was also named MIAA Defensive Player of the Week for his efforts ... Also recovered a fumble in Week 5 in a win over Lincoln ... Made three interceptions on the season, which ranked sixth in the MIAA ... Had one at Northwest Missouri and one at Central Missouri ... Also nabbed one and returned it for a touchdown at Northeastern State, helping the Bronchos retain the President's Cup for a seventh-straight season ... His 13 stops at Northwest were a career-high ... Made more than 10 tackles in five games ... Was named Second Team All-MIAA following the season.

2020: Gained a year of experience in practice while UCO did not compete during pandemic.

2019: Played in 10 of 11 games as a true freshman ... Made 23 tackles, with 21 of those solo stops ... Also had one interception in Week 11 at Emporia State.

High School: Prep standout at Moore High.
