Biography

Junior standout and returning starter slated to fill an end slot on the defensive front . . . Broke into starting lineup last year and enjoyed a strong season while showcasing great athleticism . . . Should be even better in 2016 with the experience and success gained a year ago.
 
2015:  Finished with 36 tackles despite missing two games and part of another to injury . . . Started in eight of 10 games played and had 5.5 tackles for loss in addition to breaking up a pass and recovering a fumble . . . Had four games with at least five tackles, highlighted by career-high seven-tackle against Emporia State that included a half-sack and fumble recovery . . . Made five stops with 2.0 for loss in win at Washburn . . . Also made five tackles in wins over Lindenwood and Pittsburg State, adding a tackle for loss in each.
 
2014:  Appeared in nine games, finishing with nine tackles . . . Made four tackles with a half-sack and another half-tackle for loss in home win over Washburn.
 
2013:  Sat out redshirt year.
 
High School:  All-District as a senior at W.T. White High School after collecting 11 tackles for loss.
 
Personal:  Marketing major . . . Names the New York Giants as his top professional team . . . Lists ”Friday Night Lights” as his favorite sports movie . . . Birthdate is May 1, 1995.
