Braden Calip

In his second year as a graduate assistant coach at the University of Central Oklahoma is Braden Calip.

Calip wrapped up his playing career for the Bronchos in 2017 and remained on campus in 2018 as a graduate assistant coach working with the defensive backs.

From Jenks, Okla., he spent five years at Central as a player, redshirting in 2013 before appearing in 31 games for the Bronchos over the next four seasons. He totaled two interceptions and five passes defended in his career as a defensive back.

Calip graduated with his bachelor's degree in 2017, majoring in Criminal Justice. He is now pursuing a master's degree in the same field.
