Andrew Rice joined the Central Oklahoma football coaching staff in 2021. He is the passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach.

Rice is a graduate of Northeastern State in Tahlequah. He comes to UCO after spending the last two seasons as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Northeastern A&M in Miami.

In his first year with the Norsemen, Rice guided an offense that finished third in the country in total offense, as well as featured the conference offensive MVP, while helping NEO reach the SWJCFC championship game and an appearance in the Midwest Classic Bowl.

Rice earned his degree at Northeastern State and was a part of the Lone Star Conference North Championship team for the Riverhawks.

After NSU and before his recent stop at NEO, Rice coached in the Oklahoma high school ranks for Bixby, Sand Springs, Bartlesville, and Miami.
