Biography

Returning letterman who figures to play prominent role in the secondary this season . . . Came in as junior college transfer last year and earned immediate playing time . . . Senior veteran and good all-around athlete ready to end career with a flourish.
 
2015:  Played in 11 games with one start and finished with 24 tackles and one interception . . . Made season-high seven stops in lone start against Emporia State . . . Had three solo tackles and picked off a pass in win over Lindenwood.
 
Juco: Played two seasons at Fullerton (Calif.) College . . . Recorded 67 tackles, two interceptions, a fumble recovery and scored one defensive touchdown as a sophomore in 2015 in earning All-California Community College Athletic Association honors. . . Played in 10 games as a freshman, collecting 26 tackles and picking off one pass.

High School: Two-way player at Esperanza High School playing both free safety and wide receiver . . . Earned First Team All-League honors and was voted team MVP as a senior.

Personal: Business major looking to become a firefighter . . . Includes golf and fishing among his hobbies . . . Names the San Diego Chargers as his top pro team . . . Lists Eric Church as his favorite music artist . . . Birthdate is May 6, 1994.
